1. Nature of credits
AI Pixeler operates through a credit-based system. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Technical failures
If a generation fails because of a technical error on our systems or on the AI provider's side, the credits consumed for that task will be automatically returned to the user's balance.
3. Subjective results
AI-generated results may vary. We do not provide cash refunds or credit reimbursements based only on dissatisfaction with style, composition, or artistic interpretation.
4. Promotional or free credits
Promotional, bonus, or free credits are not eligible for refund, cash conversion, compensation, or reinstatement unless required by law.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Before starting a payment dispute, contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
